Here at Bourne Track Ltd, we are proud to offer a variety of services to our clients within the Railway Infrastructure.
From experienced civils teams out on site, to vastly experienced white collar managers to assist our clients, no role is too small for Bourne Track to supply. We currently have in excess of 40 staff available to assist projects and clients with their needs. Our teams onsite are vastly experienced within the civil sector of the infrastructure, experienced vastly in H.V Feeder renewals, DC cabling upgrades, Re-signalling and telecoms. We are proud to offer a wide range of services, where others may not be able to assist, Bourne Track can be just the company needed.
Director Tim Clifford commented "We really are proud of how far we have come in the past 4 years, each year the company has enjoyed steady growth " Mr Clifford prides himself on being the face of Bourne Track and can always be found on sites with clients each week. " It is important to myself that I maintain that close working relationship with my clients onsite, I feel it is important to sit and work alongside them at least once a week per site".
Tim can often be found out onsite in big possessions working alongside his teams on the ground and prides himself on showing to clients that he can be a little different where other companies are not. " It is important for myself to still assist my teams on site during large possessions, for me it is not always about the money and how much can be made but more about being there with my guys onsite, pushing and trying to achieve good things for my clients ".

If there are additional training requirements that our guys are requested to have on projects then Bourne Track get to work right away in sourcing the training from one of our approved suppliers or for smaller training we hold in house training sessions".
Investing heavily in its work force to offer so many options. Giving back to its staff for all their hard work, Bourne constantly offers training from Sentinel to plant operators training. Street Works and H.V comps, these just being some of the areas we constantly train our teams up in.
In August and September Bourne invested heavily into its operatives.
August saw Three more Members of staff gain Controller of site safety (COSS) competency. 14 Members of Staff trained to undertake H.V Comp duties.
September also saw a lot of training being given to Bourne Track staff. 8 Members of staff were put through lookout training. 6 Members of staff underwent Plant operating training for excavators, Dumper and forklift.
As a company we really do want to be able to offer our clients as many options as possible and realise that it is simply not good enough just having one person onsite trained in a certain area, we want all our teams on site to have as many competencies in a team as possible. To be able to diversify when its needed on track.
Our staff are the ones that make the company stay open for business so they are the ones who should feel the benefit for all their hard work. We look forward to 2017 where large projects will be feeling the full effect of Bourne Track's purge on training its staff in vast numbers.
