Tim Clifford - Managing Director
Tim started in the Railway Industry at the ripe old age of 15, and soon found his feet at taking on responsibilities. Experienced in many sectors of the Railway Infrastructure, from Re-signalling jobs, HV Renewals to DC Upgrades and Substation new builds. Most of Tim's Railway career was spent working for his father's company when in 2013 he decided it was time to make the jump and go it alone.
BourneTrack was formed in September 2013 and has since grown leaps and bounds, Tim is proud to offer a service that can be relied upon and has managed to build some very good relationships since starting out.Tim has had a year by year goal of where he wants Bourne Track to be and each year it just exceeds expectation.Dedicated to all his teams on site as well as all of Bourne Track's Clients, it is very important to Tim that Bourne Track as a company provide a very professional, safe working service. Nothing is too much trouble to Mr Clifford, and he can often be found out on site with clients offering his expertise and additional help.
Tim has seen his company start off with 10 men and 2 vehicles in September 2013 to having 30 members of staff and an impressive fleet of 14 Vehicles to date, always working tirelessly to keep his staff in full time work which he has managed to do for a steady 3 years now. Tim thinks of his staff as members of family and understands when it comes to people having families and the importance of them providing for their loved ones, this being why he makes it his main purpose to ensure as well as providing a reliable service with Bourne Track that his operatives are also happy and content in their everyday working life.
